Our cryptocurrency market has been desecrated by investor capitulation and community uncertainty. The Great Cryptocurrency Depression Of 2018 has caused disdain, anger and vindictiveness towards cryptocurrency and the teams that are in the process of creating this new asset class. Telegram groups of some of the greatest projects within this space have been defiled by the pestilence of doubt; Sharder however, is immune to this uncertainty and doubt within our community. The Sharder Token was released on May 8th, 2018 in the midst of our Great Bear Market, however, the tenacity and mental conviction to the success of this project embodies the spirits and cultural integrity of our community. Community engagement is crucial for the success of a project; if an individual found a way to teleport or travel through time, without a community or investor involvement, that invention would more than likely collapse into the great unknown. When a project is introduced to a market filled with anger, depression and mental anguish, it can be extremely difficult to gain trust from a community for your project; over 9500 people strong are in The Sharder Telegram Community! Telegram groups have now been filled with dust, echoes and silence, whereas The Sharder Community is constantly engaging in intelligent dialogue regarding how to make the project better for the entirety of a world, a challenging feat in our ever-changing civilization. Our community is warm, friendly, understanding, engaging, intelligent, humorous and we’re more than just a community, but a family that has an insatiable desire to see our project flourish in a market filled with depression and defeat. Our world has become technology driven and Sharder is at the wheel of the driver’s seat, as it becomes the harbinger of a revolution in data storage solutions for the entirety of the world.
Community Engagement: The Focal Point Of A Project’s Success
The belief in oneself is crucial in regards to one’s achievements in this world; if we stand for nothing we will die for anything as Martin Luther King Jr once said. The Sharder community believes enough in themselves to be actively engaged in projects that enhance our community such as competitions and giveaways. Self interest is one of the levers that determine an individuals decisions throughout their life and through all of our self-interest regarding the success of The Sharder Protocol, our project will succeed in being the go-to storage solution within the world of cryptocurrency and the data industry as a whole. Upon entering The Sharder Protocol’s chat room, I was personally greeted by every team member, the admins were more than happy to answer my questions regarding The Protocol’s technology and as a result, through their benevolence, I have been giving the blessing to write for this glorious project that in my personal opinion, will become a deity of data-storage solutions. The Sharder Team understands community engagement all too well, in fact, one of the sections within their technical whitepaper discusses the necessity and importance of community involvement. According to The Sharder Technical Whitepaper “The Bitcoin community greatly contributed to the operating of Bitcoin since Satoshi Nakamoto published his essay on Bitcoin. We can imply there would be no Bitcoin without the community. Therefore we also hope to continuously improve the Sharder Protocol with the support and wisdom of the community (Page 21).” In fact, The Sharder Team understood this concept so well, that they created a community whitepaper discussing rewards for contributing to the growth and progress of the project!

The Sharder Community lusts for the success of The Sharder Project. If it wasn’t for our moral sense of wanting a new and revolutionary project to succeed amalgamated with our own sense of self-interest for the projects prosperity, our community would succumb to the fear, uncertainty and doubt that plagues other communities like a disease with no antidote. The Sharder Community Whitepaper outlines our community from an ecological perspective; the governance of the Sharder Foundation, the shared governance of the Sharder Foundation and Sharder Community Ecology, and the autonomy of the community. The Sharder Council comprises of Sharder Foundation members, cryptocurrency professionals, and community members. The Sharder Council takes the initiative of community operations and engagement, advocates discussions, intelligent dialogue regarding the project and individual opinions, and manages the community reserves. When reading the community white paper, I began to realize how The Sharder Team identified the importance of community involvement and intelligent engagement, according to The Sharder Team there are five individual parts that develop The Sharder Community Ecological Paradigm. These five individual parts that are crucial and necessary for any projects success within our 21st century civilization are community discussions, social media, community proposals, collaborations and development. Community discussions creates intelligent dialogue “I met a man with a dollar: we exchanged dollars. We each have one dollar. I met a man with an idea. We exchange ideas, and now we have two ideas.” When intelligent community discussion thrives it enables a conscious growth of knowledge, enabling the transcendence of our individual and collective intelligence and consciousness. For a business to succeed within the 21st century where the internet has conquered our civilization, a social media presence is incumbent for a companies survival! The Sharder Twitter is constantly active and The Sharder Protocol also boasts a 9400 person Telegram community that was built during one of the darkest periods of cryptocurrency history; The Great Cryptocurrency Capitulation And Depression Of 2018. Community proposals are also an advantageous method to conceive of and nourish community engagement; in fact, the largest giveaway/competition The Sharder Protocol has ever seen was initiated as a community proposal! Within The Sharder Community, all the community members opinions matter and we’re actively engaged in community involvement within our project! Lastly, collaborations and development among the community or with pre-existing projects is crucial and economically advantageous from a monetary perspective. Collaborations breed corporate and community inclusivity. When we think of power, it is generally leveraged to benefit one party or organization, however, there is a sense of equilibrium between Sharder Admins, Moderators and Community Members. While Sharder Admins and Moderators observe the community for misconduct, The Sharder Community can report any misconduct of admins or moderators to another moderator or admin; a balance of power is what makes governments prosper, it is also what keeps a community in a state of equal, equitable equilibrium. The Sharder Community has a social media presence that spans Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Wechat, Medium, Steemit, Youtube And Bitcoin talk; leveraging social medial for exposure and awareness is incumbent for a projects success. The Sharder Team understood this like a mathematician understands multiplication.
The Sharder Community Whitepaper outlines multiple ways an individual community member can receive rewards, from article writing, videos etc! If one’s article or video is logical, thoughtful, knowledgeable and motivating, The Sharder Team will distribute rewards to individuals who meet this criteria. Videos must have a duration of 5 minutes (videos require substance, therefore a particular duration of an individuals video is a great idea because it requires the individual discussing Sharder to be knowledgeable on the project)! The Sharder Community can orchestrate meetups, air-drop events, top ranked contributions and tasks for the benefit of the project! The reward is based on size of convention: 50 USDT for conventions with an attendance of 50; 100 USDT for conventions with an attendance of 50–100; 300 USDT for any convention with an attendance of 100–200; and 500 USDT for any convention with an attendance of over 200 (Sharder Community Whitepaper, Page 8).” Not only can members obtain rewards through orchestrating meetups, collaborations etc, any community member who assists Sharder in being listed on a Top 20 Exchange will receive 0.1% of the average daily turnover for the first month of the listing. Lets say for example Sharder is listed on a Top 20 Exchange and an individual assisted in making that happen, if the daily for SS in the first month is lets say, two million USD, then the community member who helped orchestrate this achievement will receive 2000 USD. If a community member assist in contacting major media outlets to advance exposure and awareness of the project Sharder, if the media outlet turns out to be positive for the overall awareness of the project, members can receive anywhere between twenty five and five hundred USD! Community members who contact other notable public chain projects, storage networks or business enterprises an individual can receive a massive rewards, amounting to anywhere between 300–10,000 USD depending on the value of the collaboration!
